"Perfect Sync Between Hardware and Software"
Getting hardware and software to mesh well can be a real challenge, but Peloton has truly hit the mark. I own the Bike+ and my experiences have been nothing short of fantastic as I navigate my fitness journey with Peloton. The rotating screen is a game changer for me, allowing for non-bike workouts with a talented group of trainers and a variety of options that keep expanding. I'm seriously thinking about adding their treadmill to my setup next!

"Top-Notch Workout Experience"
The workout itself is really great. I’d appreciate it if some instructors could lead the sessions with a bit less chatter and motivation. Also, there’s a bit too much previewing of what’s coming up. I’m looking to push myself but also want to zone out a tad.

"Peloton's Glory Days Are Behind It"
Peloton was once a solid choice. I really enjoyed the variety of 'live' spin classes they offered. But it feels like they’ve lost their way by trying to cater to everyone with all sorts of classes—except for the good old 'spin.' Didn’t Peloton originally mean cycling? That was the whole point, right? Now it seems like they’re just floundering, trying to do 'everything' instead.
Plus, every time I log in, I end up waiting around 20 minutes for the system to 'update.' I can’t just hop on my bike at the right time and expect to jump into a class because of these long 'updates.'
It’s no surprise that Peloton has seen a drop in user engagement. Honestly, I’d consider selling my Peloton, but I doubt anyone would actually want to buy it.

"My monitor got dripped by the delivery dude..."
The delivery guy dripped my monitor while bringing it over, and you folks charged my account a week after I received my bike instead of applying that one-month promotional rate. Awesome.

"Terrible Customer Service"
I've owned my Peloton bike since 2017, along with the guide and the row. Recently, I tried to get a technician to check out some rubbing noise coming from the front wheel. They won’t send anyone until they can view a video of the issue, but I really need someone to figure out what's wrong. So, it turns out no one is coming to help me until I can explain the problem.

Update: Their response just repeated my concern. They seem either unable or unwilling to send someone to look at my bike without a video that they can't access. Nobody mentioned that the issue was due to the size being too large. I just needed to save the video differently, but there’s no 'save as' option. I’ve submitted a new video, so let’s see what happens next.

"Smooth delivery and setup process"
The delivery and setup went off without a hitch! However, it was a bit late. It was meant to arrive on Monday, but JB Hunt rang me up to say they didn’t have any Bike+ on the truck. So, it showed up on Friday instead. But honestly, it was a breeze!
