"Hardware + software in perfect harmony"
It’s hard to get hardware and software to work in perfect harmony with one another, but Peloton has nailed it. I have the Bike+ and have nothing but great experiences shaping my Peloton fitness journey. I also use the impressive rotating screen for non-bike workouts led by an impressive crew of trainers with diverse and always-growing options. Am definitely considering expanding to their treadmill next!

Would like to see some instructors who lead the ride with LESS talking and encouragement. Also, too many specific foreshadowing of the workout. I want to work hard yet zone out a little.
Awesome ecosystem. I have the bike and workout with AppleTV app, but plan to buy tread and rower soon.

"Peloton used to be pretty good"
Peloton used to be pretty good. loved the multitude of "live" spin classes. they seemed to have lost the plot when they tried to appeal to everyone by adding every other kind of class under the sun- except "spin"
Didn't peloton used to mean cycle? wasn't that the root of this whole thing? Now you kinda just suck at trying to do "everything"
Also, every time I log in now I have to wait 20 minutes while the system "updates". I can't just get on my bike at the designated time and expect to start the class due to excessive "updates"....
It is no wonder peloton has lost user interest. I would sell my peloton but Im pretty sure no one would buy it

You're delivery guy dripped my monitor during the delivery and you guys charged my account a week after I got my bike instead of giving the one month promotional rate. Awesome.

I’m loving the convenience of having my workout right in my house - all of the trainers that I’ve experienced thus far have been incredible and the equipment/technology on the bike is very impressive! I am so happy I purchased this!

"Horrible technical support"
I have had the peloton bike since 2017. I have the guide and the row. I just tried to get a technician out because I hear rubbing on the front wheel. They can not open my video so they will not send out a technician until they now what is wrong but I need someone to tell my what is wrong. So in the end noone is coming to fix my bike until I can tell them what is wrong.
update: The reply just re-stated my issue. They are unable/unwilling to send out someone to assess my bike without a video, that they can not open. No one told me the problem was that size was too big. Only I needed to change the way it was saved by going to "save as" but there is no save as. just submitted a new video and lets see what happens.

"Delivery and set up was easy"
Delivery and set up was easy! But delayed. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Unfortunately, JB Hunt called me and said there were no Bike+ on the delivery they got. So, it came Friday. But was super easy!
